BCR is a small company focused on making interesting recordings, and we have neither the inclination nor the time to think of using anyone's personal data for sinister purposes.

We use the well-known Mailchimp service for news and offers mail-outs - your name and email address are stored on their servers, used only for this purpose and will never be shared. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking a link in an email. Or email us and we'll happily do it for you.

Payments in the BCR store are handled securely by Stripe, via the Woocommerce platform. BCR is supplied with only the data necessary to fulfil your order - name, address, email address and order details. Your card details are not shared. BCR's local copy of the data is securely held and erased at the end of the tax year following your order. During checkout, purchasers can optionally sign up for a BCR account. Data associated with that is stored in encrypted form on a secure server administered by a well-respected hosting company in Europe. You can update account details from the My Account page. If you'd like to delete the account tell us and we'll immediately do it for you. The connection to the BCR website is via an encrypted SSL link at all times.

UK customers, BCR continues to offer free postage with all CD orders. Customers outside the UK, when ordering physical CD albums from the BCR online store please be aware of the potential for additional costs (VAT, duty etc) levied on you by your local postal service. This has become an issue for EU customers following the UK's departure from the European Union. We ship packages with a full customs declaration, with most CDs valued at 12.50GBP. Unfortunately we are not able to advise on the likely additional costs in your country. No additional costs are levied on our downloadable albums. Dismiss
