The Love Handelers, some of the UK’s finest Handel interpreters and period instrument performers, came together for a special one-off project, the CD album Love Handel. It’s a delightful programme of solo, duet and trio arias, and opera overtures and sinfonias, and all profits from its sale go to The Children’s Trust, Tadworth.
The Love Handelers are directed from the harpsichord by Steven Devine. With featured singers Ana-Maria Rincon and Laurence Cummings (in his vocal recording debut), guest artists include Christopher Purves (baritone) and Lisa Beznosiuk (baroque flute).
